Zadar and its surroundings

Zadar, situated in the heart of the Adriatic, is a 3000-year old city with exceptional history and rich cultural heritage. It is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Croatia.

It is a real treasury of archaeological and monumental riches of ancient and medieval times and the Renaissance as well as many contemporary architectural achievements such as the first sea organs in the world and the light instalation the Greeting to the Sun.
